We start the week with good news: we have surpassed 100 clubs that have signed their commitment to the project and authorized broadcasts.
The system is already installed in more than 60 fields and sports halls across Galicia, and the remaining fields are in the installation process. We have space in version 1 of the project for 150 clubs, so if you haven’t signed yet, it’s time to do so. So far, we have football, futsal, basketball, handball, hockey and voleyball clubs, in both men’s and women’s categories
In addition to the clubs, more than 50 municipalities across Galicia have signed a letter of support for the project and have provided their facilities for the installation of the automatic camera system and Cinfo’s artificial intelligence software, which will handle the automatic broadcasting of the matches. We continue working to ensure that no club is left without the system due to municipal permission issues. We are also working with telecommunications operators to ensure that all fields can broadcast with proper guarantees.
As you know, this streaming platform is free for all users and for the clubs. It will have a website, mobile apps, and smart TV apps, and will begin trial broadcasts in early October. As systems are installed, productions are being activated, and many matches have already been recorded. We will announce the official ‘launch’ of the project once all systems are fully ready.
Last week, training sessions were held in several cities across Galicia. If you would like to receive a personal training session on how to use the system, you can request it through our contact form.
Through this internet television, we aim to promote non-professional sports, assist coaches, and help clubs generate new economic resources. Additionally, remember that 50% of the project’s profits are shared with the signing federations.
